OTRE Investments (“OTRE”) is a commercial real estate investment company that focuses on the acquisition and repositioning of commercial properties. The company purchases value-add industrial and retail properties that are vacant or have leasing risk and acquires property in all areas of the United States, except the Northeast. Brad Marks founded the company in 2004 and David Boudreau joined in 2006. OTRE owns and manages a portfolio of nearly 20 industrial and retail properties.
